Well, first of all you have to decide which of the three cute SoundBubs you want – Ollie the Owl, Benji the Bear or Bella the Bunny – and this might be your hardest decision!
Once you have made this difficult decision, then you are ready to use the SoundBub to settle and entertain your baby. First of all it comes with a handy clip making it really easy to hook onto a stroller, car seat, backpack or the side of your cot. If you want to place it on a dresser in the nursery, then the handy clip also doubles as a stand to keep it upright on a flat surface.
Using the pre-loaded sounds
There is an ON/OFF dial on the very top of the SoundBub, a volume dial on the left side and a timer option on the right side. Once you have turned it on, you decide if you want to use the timer (30, 60 or 90 minutes) or let it play continuously until you switch it off yourself.
Then press the SoundBub’s belly and either the Malibu Beach or Montana Rain white noise tracks will play automatically. You can access more white noise tracks and other soothing content via the VoiceShare app.
Using your own Bluetooth devices
To connect to your Bluetooth devices, you need to flick the switch on the top of the SoundBub towards the Bluetooth symbol. The LED light then flashes and you can connect the unit to your iPod, smartphone or other music player.
The sounds are super clear and crisp, and being able to play your own music or lullabies is a great feature of this sound machine.
FYI: The continuous play option only works when you plug your SoundBub Portable Bluetooth Speaker and Baby Soother into the mains power. Otherwise, you will run your battery out in about 2 hours flat.
